Oily hair is often washed too frequently, which in turn stimulates sebum production and perpetuates the vicious cycle. Emulsion No. 17 breaks this cycle thanks to illite clay, a natural mineral with powerful absorbent properties that regulates excess sebum at the roots without drying out the rest of the hair shaft. Fucus seaweed extract provides a concentrate of marine minerals that tones the scalp and prolongs the feeling of freshness between washes. Formulated with a 100% plant-based cleansing base, it cleanses effectively without causing irritation — allowing for daily use without upsetting the scalp’s pH balance.

1. Apply a small amount of Emulsion No. 17 to wet hair — the product is concentrated, so a small amount is enough for short to medium-length hair — then work it through your hair and proceed as you would with your usual shampoo.
2. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. For best results, use Emulsion No. 17 in combination with a Clauderer repair treatment – either the Cream or the Balm – depending on your hair’s needs.

A natural product that produces very little lather. Just one wash is enough.

One bottle lasts 2–3 months, depending on how often you use it and the length of your hair.

Suitable for the whole family. In the event of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
