Thank you for your message. The N°1R cleansing milk is applied to the scalp with a pause. To optimise its effects, massage it in using the Clauderer method (cf. https://www.centre-clauderer.com/soins-cheveux/massages-favorisant-la-repousse-des-cheveux-feminins/) is recommended.
