Directions for use
2 capsules a day, with a glass of water (one in the morning, one in the evening), for 3 months, i.e. 3 boxes recommended.

Ingredients for 2 capsules: Bulking agent: maltodextrin. Rice protein hydrolysate: 90 mg. Brewer's yeast: 60 mg. Dried pumpkin seed extract (maltodextrin carrier): 60 mg.
Dried watercress extract (maltodextrin carrier): 30 mg. Dried stinging nettle extract (maltodextrin carrier): 18 mg. Anticaking agent: silicon dioxide.
