Afro and textured hair has a spiral structure that naturally slows down the movement of sebum along the hair shaft — making it particularly prone to dehydration and breakage. Styling Balm No. 57 has been formulated to address this specific need: its Shea butter, which is intensely nourishing, penetrates the keratin to restore it, whilst organic beeswax closes the cuticle and locks moisture into the hair shaft. Jojoba oil, which has a composition similar to that of natural sebum, complements and balances the formula without leaving it feeling heavy or sticky.

Result: Hair that is visibly nourished, supple, well-defined and protected day in, day out.

1. Take a small amount of Baume N°57 and melt it between your palms by rubbing gently — the warmth of your hands activates its melt-in-the-skin texture.
2. Apply to the lengths and ends, section by section, massaging the product in to ensure it penetrates deep into the hair fibre.
3. Style your hair as usual — the balm also acts as a styling product to define your look.
4. Do not rinse. Suitable for daily use.
