Exercise for the Hair : 3 exclusive massages to boost regrowing hair

 |
Three exclusive Clauderer massages, to make the scalp suppler, favour the blood flow towards the roots, and boost your regrowing hair. Also, feeling good is a guaranteed bonus! In Japan, scalp exercise is considered as the best anti-stress remedy.
The three movements will take place all over the head, in the same direction as blood circulation: from the nape towards the forehead (drawing on the left), then from the ears to the top (drawing on the right). It will be important to insist on the zones where the hair is most fragile.
The right stroke
Be careful: a massage does not mean friction: the fingers should not skid but rather remain anchored precisely where they were laid. The idea is to have the skin slide along the skull, and not the fingers along the skin.
|
1- Mobilisation massage
Lay the fingers’ tips slightly spread on the scalp, press strongly and make a come-and-go or a rotational movement. Then move the fingers and start over elsewhere. Length: approximately one minute in order to cover all of the head. |
|
2- Pinching Massage
This time, the hands are 2 cm away from each other, and the fingers are tight. Bring both hands’ fingers closer to together in order to pinch the scalp. Length: approximately 30 seconds. |
|
3-
Suction pad massage
The hands are on top of each other, with the top one totally covering the bottom one. By bringing in a single movement both palms closer to their phalanges, press sufficiently hard so as to pinch the scalp’s skin. Length: approximately 30 seconds. |

Final tips
1 You can lay your elbows on a table to give your hands more strength.
2 You should regulate the frequency of your sessions according to your hair’s nature:
Normal hair |
3 times a week |
Dry hair |
Every day |
Greasy hair |
Twice a week (before shampooing) |
3 Do not perform the massages while shampooing, once you have applied the product. That is because even if the washing product is not very aggressive, there is no point in having it penetrate at root level. It would neither contribute to the hair’s beauty nor to its health, on the contrary. Otherwise, the massages can be performed at any moment of the day, on dry or moist hair. A full session does not last more than 2 or 3 minutes.
4 In any event, do not panic if, after the first massages, you notice a minor hair loss! It is normal, and a good thing. The hair in question is already ‘dead’ and should have fallen anyway. The massage accelerates its falling, which will boost the strength of the hair that succeeds it.
5 For the bravest, the hot towel option…
With massages #2 and #3, you can lay, before you start, a towel that you will have run through hot water and wrung. The heat will improve your scalp’s micro circulation, and favour the blood flow towards the roots. |
