1.
Beginning of the season hair loss
If you hair falls more than usual at the beginning of seasons (spring and et autumn), it is simply due to your physiological clock and there is not much you can do about it. You can however act on your regrowing hair and make sure it matches the hair it replaces.
Such seasonal hair loss is not always innocent. If your hair already tends to fall and thin out, your regrowing hair will not always match the lost hair, and your hair can progressively deteriorate at the beginning of each season.
2.Two tests to check your regrowing hair
The scalp test will help you identify whether or not there are toxins around your roots. The magnifying glass test will help you evaluate your hair’s diameter.
1. SCALP TEST
Pinch your scalp’s skin by firmly grabbing it between the thumb and index with your fingers on the top and back of the head. Do the same movement above the ears, where the skin is suppler, so that you have a benchmark. |
|
Result: If you are able to pinch your skin properly throughout the scalp, then it shows that the blood flows freely and that your hair can grow and blossom without irrigation problems. If, on the contrary, it is difficult for you to squeeze the skin between two fingers, it means that the blood circulation is hampered by bad toxin elimination, and that your regrowing hair risks being weaker. |
2. MAGNIFYING GLASS TEST
Run your hair through your (dry) hair several times, drawing your fingers closer together, in order to collect a few hairs. Put all of the resulting hair on a sheet of paper and repeat the process in different places: at the front and the back of the head, on the sides and the nape. Try to at least collect a dozen hairs, then observe them with a magnifying glass. |
|
Result: Healthy hairs should all be equally thick, no matter where on the head they were collected. If you notice differences in diameter, it may be the sign of fatigue or temporary stress, but it can also be the symptom of a longer-lasting condition that will need to be identified and treated. |
3. Freeing the toxins accumulated over winter
The suction pad massage
The hands are on top of each other, with the bottom one fully covered by the top one. By bringing in together in one move the two palms towards the phalanges, squeeze hard enough to pinch the scalp’s skin. Length: 1 minute to cover the entire head. Frequency: twice a week for two months. |
|
Hot towel. If your scalp is particularly thick, do the same massage by first putting a warm and wet (but wringed) towel over your head. The difference between room temperature and the towel’s will help the blood vessels’ dilatation and will make the movement easier.
Other golden rule: to eliminate toxins, watch what you eat. Take advantage of the spring to eat more fruits and vegetables, whether raw or cooked. Prefer alkalising nutrients to acidifying ones.
You will feel better and so will your hair.
4.
Stimulating the spring’s regrowing hair
If some of your hairs have a thinner diameter than others (magnifying glass test), you are better off first having an in-depth Clauderer Diagnosis, in order to be sure of the symptom and discover its cause. We would then advise you, if needed, a local ‘beginning of the season’ treatment that will bring your regrowing hair all the elements it needs for developing and reversing the deterioration process.
 |
|
We also recommend a vitamin treatment by oral intake, in order to optimise the local treatment’s effect. Our advice: make sure that the vitamin formula you choose has enough of the three ingredients needed for hair growth: sulphured amino acids, the keratin’s main component, zinc, which favours those acids’ synthesis, and vitamin B6, which materialises the action of the two others.
At Centre Clauderer, we offer Racines Plus,
which we have strongly dosed for maximal strength of the regrowing hair read composition
