Hair that is both dull and porous has a deteriorated cuticle. You will need to treat it with more care! |
| |
2 |
|
First, avoid any product containing silicon or paraffin. Although those substances may make the hair shine in the short run, it will make it duller in the long run! |
| |
3 |
|
Only apply soft shampoo, but change it once in a while. The hair is shinier if it is not always washed with the same product. |
| |
4 |
|
Here is a good alternative: every other time, use an egg with some rum. Lecithin, of which the egg is made, takes the dust in and keeps it.
|
| |
5 |
|
Go easy on anti-dandruff shampoo, volume generators, untangling products, etc. They all contain ingredients that will eventually make your hair's keratin duller. |
| |
6 |
|
After washing, rinse your hair thoroughly with tepid water. Stop when you feel your hair "screeching" under your fingers. |
| |
7 |
|
Finish by rinsing your hair with cold water, to which you should add cider vinegar or lemon. Then with a bore silk brush, wreathe your hair. Those 2 tips will help to make their cuticle's scales more flattened, and give them shine. |
| |
8 |
|
If you colour your hair, only do it to the add-ons, so as not to make your hair more porous. |
| |
9 |
|
If you hair is very porous, use a mask made of organic keratin (chitin) in order to reinforce it and make it less permeable to humidity. |
| |
10 |
|
Make yourself a natural brilliantine: wet your hair with spring water, and add a drop of olive oil (or more, depending, on your type of hair). Then rub your hand together, and apply the mix to your hair.
