The Clauderer In-Depth Hair Diagnosis is a total check-up of your hair, with a laboratory analysis. All you need is to send us a sample of some hairs and answer a questionnaire.


flowerSteps to follow

1.  Print the questionnaire and return it, adequately filled out, to Centre Clauderer. The address is on the questionnaire.

2. Include in your correspondence a sample of some hairs for analysis, along with 20€ (exclusive web price). You may pay by linkcredit card.

3. You will receive your diagnosis within a maximum of 15 to 20 days.

Note 1. If you do not have a printer, send us an email to info@clauderer.com with your name and postal address. You will received the Clauderer Questionnaire by post.

We can carry out your diagnosis at the Centre:

- Centre Clauderer, 346, rue Saint-Honoré - 75001 Paris.
- The Centre is open from Tuesday to Saturday included and closed on Mondays .

You can also send us an email to info@clauderer.com, with your phone number. We will call you to arrange a date for your appointment.

Note 2: In case you cannot come to the Centre, we can also establish your diagnosis by post: just answer the Clauderer Questionnaire and send it to us along with a sample of a few hairs. (see the paragraphs above for instructions)
