Prescription medicine taken orally. Composition per tablet: cyproterone acetate (2 mg) and ethinylestradiol (0,035 mg).

Properties. Contraceptive pill containing an estrogen and a molecule derived from progesterone, which thwarts the androgen’s action.

Results. Can regulate the secretion of sebum, help to decrease androgenetic hair loss and favour the regrowing of hair. Its effectiveness varies from one woman to the other.

Gender. Women exclusively.

Side effects. Sometimes: headaches, heavy legs and weight gain.
